Registration Requirements

• Each person may register only one account. Multiple accounts on the same device, phone number, or payment method are strictly prohibited.
• You must provide your correct name, date of birth, phone number, and email address at the time of registration.
• It is your responsibility to keep your account password confidential. You should never share your password with anyone.

KYC Verification

Vip21 reserves the right to carry out identity verification (KYC) at any time for security and legal compliance purposes. This may require:

• Scanned copy of National ID (NID) or Passport
• Proof of current address (utility bill or bank statement)
• Payment Method Ownership Verification

Vip21 reserves the right to hold withdrawals until the verification process is complete. This process is typically completed within 24–48 hours.

Deposit

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳100 (one hundred BDT).
• Deposits can be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and other approved mobile banking services.
• Deposits are generally processed instantly. If there is a delay due to a technical issue, please contact our support team.
• Only payment methods registered in your own name may be used.

Withdrawal

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 (five hundred BDT).
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 15 minutes and no longer than 4 hours.
• Withdrawals may be delayed if KYC verification has not been completed.
• Withdrawals may be restricted while an active bonus is being wagered.
• Daily withdrawal limits apply; larger withdrawals may require additional verification.

Vip21 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each offer comes with specific terms that must be followed.

General Bonus Rules

• Each bonus comes with a specific Wagering Requirement, typically ranging from 15x to 30x the bonus amount.
• After claiming a bonus, wagering requirements must be met within the specified period. The bonus will be forfeited upon expiry.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time.
• Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly; only winnings generated after meeting the wagering requirements are eligible for withdrawal.

Welcome Bonus

New members are eligible for a Welcome Bonus on their first deposit. To qualify: the minimum first deposit is ৳500; the bonus can only be claimed once; wagering requirements must be completed within 30 days.

Referral Bonus

Both parties receive a bonus when you refer a friend. The referred member must open a new account and make a minimum deposit of ৳500. If self-referral or fraudulent referral activity is detected, both accounts will be terminated.

All games on vip21 are powered by internationally certified RNG (Random Number Generator) technology and audited by independent third-party firms. Every game outcome is completely random and not predetermined.

• If a technical error is detected in a game outcome, the round in question may be declared void.
• If a game is interrupted due to a network issue, the system will automatically restore your balance.
• Bets cannot be cancelled once placed.
• Vip21 reserves the right to suspend or permanently discontinue any game at any time.
• In Live Casino games, the dealer's decision is final.

Engaging in any of the following activities will result in immediate account closure and possible forfeiture of all balances:

• Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Attempting to exploit the bonus system for artificial profit gains (Bonus Abuse).
• Using the platform for money laundering or processing of illegal funds.
• Use of hacking, scripting, or any automated software.
• Harassing, deceiving, or engaging in inappropriate conduct toward other members.
• Deliberately exploiting technical vulnerabilities on the platform.
• Operating an account on behalf of a minor.

Vip21 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:

• Where clear evidence of a terms violation is found.
• Failure to complete KYC verification or submission of false information.
• Directives from regulatory authorities or legal obligations.
• At the member's own request (self-exclusion).

You may request account closure at any time by emailing our support team. Before the account is closed, you will be given the opportunity to withdraw your verified balance.

Vip21 is not liable for:

• Any losses resulting from a disconnection or loss of internet connection during gameplay.
• Delays or errors caused by third-party payment providers.
• Any losses caused by issues with your device or software.
• Force majeure events (natural disasters, cyberattacks, etc.).

Vip21's total liability shall in no event exceed the total amount deposited in your account in connection with the relevant incident.
